A ready-to-use, cost-effective solution for low-volume usage. Your data is hosted securely on a shared server and database within our infrastructure.

This is the default option you get when signing up from the Zendesk Marketplace.

You can pay with a monthly PayPal subscription, a yearly plan, or via Pay as you Go packages. More information below.

Independent Instance

Your data resides in a dedicated database hosted securely on our servers.

You have direct access for customized reporting, analytics and data redaction, ensuring enhanced security and privacy for your customers.

Pricing to be negotiated, based on volume.

Independent Server

Your data is hosted on a fully dedicated server within your own infrastructure.

This option provides complete control over the server environment, allowing maximum customization, security, and privacy. A private Zendesk App will be developed for this setup.

The WhatsApp Connector by Respira offers three flexible ways to pay, so you can start small and scale as your proactive messaging grows.

Yearly plans

Choose an annual subscription with a fixed pool of notifications per year (for example, Starter around 12k, Professional options around 60k or 120k notifications). All yearly plans include unlimited users, templates and phone lines, and are ideal for stable or predictable volumes.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscribe month-to-month with smaller notification bundles (roughly 1k, 5k or 10k messages per month) and cancel whenever you need to. This is a good fit if you want to try proactive WhatsApp or expect your volume to change over time.

Pay as you go packs

Buy one-off prepaid notification packs (for example, from a few thousand up to one hundred thousand messages) without committing to a subscription. Packs are simple, do not expire, and can be purchased directly inside the app when you need more capacity.

First 100 notifications per month are included for free. For higher volumes (hundreds of thousands of messages per year or more), an independent instance or server is recommended.
