Option A: Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions

Save more by committing to a volume that fits your monthly rhythm.

All plans Includes unlimited users, unlimited templates, and unlimited phone lines.

Option B: Notification Packs (Pay-As-You-Go)

Need to send a one-off campaign or top up your account without a subscription? Buy one-off packs that never expire.

Packs can be purchased directly from inside the Zendesk app (under Settings  -  Account).
The prices do not include additional charges by Zendesk or Meta.
